it all starts with you

There are some days in life when we feel like we aren't worth it, eveything is going wrong with me, no one loves me some are dealing with heartbreak while some are dealing with not accepted by the society. When we feel like nothing is going right & at that time we start inclining towards Anxieties & depresssion At this stage some peoplelacks of sleep, they overthink, people start eating less while some starts eating more , they start taking themselves for granted & become harsh on themselves. Some cry & some become silent because they have so much deep inside that if anyone would hug them they will burst in tears. But you know what, Problems are the part of life. Life is never a smooth track it's all about ups & downjust like a rollercoaster ride full of fear & adventure. There is some solution to every problem, so instead of asking god why me? Just say try me & I'll pass this test of your's too. But at the end it all starts with you , You have to hold yourself stiffly amid the storm of problems no one is gonna do that for you, aLl you have is you . When you start loving yourself , when you'll find beauty in yous flaws , when you start accepting yourself the way you are. Just don't care what people say if you're being yourself or if you are unique from others because the problem is we're born in judgemental society where people gonna judge if you do anything or not. Accept yourself the way you are becuase you are the only version of yourself. They can be beautiful, smarter, sarcastic but they can't be you so love yourself & keep pushing yourself & never give up & one day you'll see that you make it to the top. Do what makes you happy, Cry when you want, laugh, eat ,sleep, exercise & before making any second person your'e no. 1 priority make yourself you're no. 1 priority. Stay from the toxic people who breaks you or make you question you're identity. Don't try to be the perfect just Be you because then only you'll atrract better. One day you'll realise that god has something special for you & all yours dream will come true. Just focus on Glow, GOals, Grind & God. Everything will be okay at the end Love yourself & be yourself beacuse it all starts with you
